The opinions I'm about to express are mine and mine alone. I doubt there are many humans and few infinites who would agree with me. That being said here goes ... me on a rant about love and the relationship merry-go-round.
If there is anything that can drive a human being crazy and distract an infinite from their greater game, it is love and relationship. I have watched the best of us crumble in the face of some weird rejection or mad betrayal that seems to sap the will to live right out of people.
Many humans, and a good number of infinites, are pretty certain that love makes the world go round and gives the universe purpose. I don't quite agree. Yes, I believe that respect, honour, kindness and caring are essential to the future of us all. But I find that most relationships don't contain these elements in great quantity. Why? Because human relationships are all entangled with the heart and that just happens to be, in most people, their weakest and most vulnerable organ. It's this energetic entanglement that gets them into trouble over and over again.
In my view, infinite relationships have zero entanglement. They're so full of respect for another person that you could never hold them back from their next steps even if that means leaving you. Betrayal doesn't exist for a true infinite because each being's quest for their grand purpose supercedes all other endeavours. We are not and never have been joined at the hip for all eternity with any other being. Someone made that up and doomed humans to lifetimes of agony searching for the one. In a universe of infinite wonders, how could there be only one for you? Do you think the Creator of all Life could limit you so? Could tie your hands so firmly to just one other creator in an effort to optimise your adventure? No. The God of all things doesn't work that way in my understanding. You are put on the pathway by Source to unleash new wonders of Life for us all. And the best and most optimum way to achieve that is to be fully awesomely YOU in your grandest expression.
How many relationships allow for that then? Not many that I see. I can't tell you how many powerful, awesome people in relationship say to me 'relationship is about compromise' and I reply that compromise is the death knell of relationship and you. The moment you start giving up what matters to you for someone else, you diminish yourself, your life and your journey a bit every time you do it. Your life shrinks a little more each time and you wander further from the path the Creator set you on with your particular set of passions and genius abilities. It doesn't mean you can't follow that path with someone at your side. It just means you have to truly support one another in being the fullest expression of you no matter what.
For me, as an infinite the most important thing is what I've been sent here to do. If my relationship supports that, great. If it doesn't, time to move to a lifestyle that does.
I have watched major players in our global transformation game get lost for long periods of time in the upset of a relationship. WHAT! Come on. We give these things way too much credit and far too much entanglement. And the result is the greater game loses a major player while they muck about in the lower vibes making the world a yuckier place. As a commander in chief of the infinites' game, I could pull my hair out as I watch them waste their power, their genius, their wonders on lacklustre relationships that don't serve much grace onto the greater game.
So what is the answer then? Certainly we need to love? Yes ... freely, wildly, wondrously, we should pour our love of Life and all living creatures onto this world and fill it with the thrill of loving as big and grand as we can possibly muster. But not entangled, compromising love attached to only one other being. Now I'm not talking about promiscuity - I believe in giving my undivided attention to one other partner at a time and for as long as that relationship supports the work I'm about in the world.
I'm talking here about the unleashed love of a creator for all of creation. I'm talking about being breathtaken by the beauty of all Life. I'm talking about walking this world and sailing through this universe with so much awe in us that our being explodes in a love that surpasses understanding and takes us into the realms of gods creating paradise for all Life to thrive.
It's time to shift the paradigm of relationship on this planet from an entangled merry-go-round to an infinite game of wonder and awe for all Life and how our partnerships can support that. And there you have it from me, on this fine Sunday morning on planet Earth ... my rant on relationships and what I believe will best serve the greater infinite game.
